Spezialformate
In the beginning there was Word.
Direct translation in graphics programs such as Adobe InDesign saves time and effort. And let's you translate in context.
Translation of brochures, catalogs, newspapers and flyers directly in the layout.
In the past, it worked like this: You export the text for translation into a classic Microsoft Office document such as Word, PowerPoint or Excel. And copy and paste the translated text into the layout again. A time-consuming detour. And a source of errors which should not be underestimated. It's quicker and more convenient to translate directly into the layout. We support the data formats of all current graphics programs.

Instead of a separate text manuscript, you get a perfectly formatted file back. To this end, we work with the latest version of SDL Trados, which contains filters for the majority of file formats. And we shorten and adapt, e.g. as regards hyphenation, in the relevant graphics program.
Translating websites
The same also goes for online texts. You can copy page after page into a Word document. Or you can send the HTML file to us directly. The majority of modern content management systems allow all texts to be exported into an XML file. You import the translated file back into your CMS and the translation is finished.
Invoicing on a time basis
We charge CHF 150 per hour for handling special formats, graphics work (desktop publishing) and IT support.
